Method
- Place a sugar cube into a chilled champagne flute.
- Douse the sugar cube with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Gently pour 4 oz chilled Champagne over the sugar cube, allowing it to dissolve slowly.
- Twist a lemon or orange peel over the drink to release the oils, then drop the twist into the glass. Serve immediately.
