Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Store in an airtight container or plastic zip seal bag at room temperature for up to 2 months.
Note: Can be used in recipes calling for All Purpose Baking Mix or Bisquick. Great for Pancakes, Waffles, Sausage Cheese Balls, etc.
For Pancakes: Mix together 2 cups Baking Mix, 1 cup Milk and 2 Eggs. In hot griddle or skillet (over medium heat), add a spoon of butter or margarine. Carefully spoon/ladle batter into desired sized pancakes. When starting to bubble on top, carefully flip over until golden brown. Serve with Maple Syrup, Honey, Greek Yogurt, Fruit, etc.
For Waffles: Mix together 2 cups Baking Mix, 1 1/3 cup Milk, 1 Egg and 2 Tbls Vegetable Oil. Heat waffle iron and grease. Pour about a Tablespoon of batter onto hot waffle iron, close lid. Bake until it stops steaming, about 5 minutes. Carefully remove and serve with desired toppings.
