Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whipping Cream chilled
  • 12 oz semisweet Chocolate Dark/Plain, chips or bar broken into chunks (do not use unsweetened)
  • 5 Tbls Honey such as Orange Blossom

  2. Remove from heat and Cool, stirring occasionally.
  3. While the chocolate is cooling - in a large bowl, beat the remaining 1 1/4 cup of cream until soft peaks start to form.
  4. Fold the cream into the chocolate mixture, in 2 - 3 separate additions until each addition is well incorporated.
  5. Divide the mousse into eight 3/4 cup dishes. (Can get up to ten 1/2 cup servings)
  6. Refrigerate mousse until set, at least 2 hours.
  7. Top with your favorite fruit, additional whipped cream or grated/shaved chocolate.
