4 - 8ozFresh Mozzarella Cheesesliced or torn into pieces
Handful of fresh Basilleaves picked and kept whole or chopped
Olive Oilfor drizzling
Sea Saltto taste
Black Pepperto taste
Instructions
Slice and/or chop the Tomatoes and Mozzarella Cheese. Pick the leaves, keeping some whole and some roughly chopped.
To assemble:
On a serving platter, plate or board, arrange the Tomatoes with slices or pieces of Mozzarella, lightly drizzle with Olive Oil and season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
