bourbon whiskey
Instructions
In a rocks glass, add the sugar, bitters, and splash of water, stir until sugar has dissolved.
Fill the glass with large ice, add the bourbon whiskey, stir gently to combine.
Add the orange peel, pinching to help release the oil into drink, and drop in.
Notes
I only add a splash of water to help dissolve the sugar.
If preferred, top up with club soda.
