Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Dark Unsweetened Cocoa Powder sifted
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ½ tsp ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground Cloves
  • ¼ tsp ground Cardamom optional
  • 4 oz 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup mini-Marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together the Cocoa, Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon, Cloves and Cardamom.
  • Pour in the bottom of a pint (16 oz) size jar.
  • Top off with the finely chopped Chocolate and then Marshmallows.
  • To make a cup of Hot Cocoa, mix the chopped chocolate with the cocoa powder and add about 3 Tbls of the mix into 1 cup of warmed milk, stir and top with the marshmallows.
