- 2 ounces white rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 teaspoons grenadine syrup
- 1 teaspoon Luxardo maraschino liquor optional
Fill a shaker with ice and add ingredients.
Shake well until chilled. Strain into a coupe type glass.
Garnish with pineapple fronds and cherry if desired.
