Chewy Chocolate Cookies

These addictive little fellas are so insanely yummy, Chewy Chocolate Cookies! The perfect cookie with any glass of milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15.5 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 12 oz package Chocolate Chips (Milk or Semi-Sweet will work)
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter 1 stick
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup toasted Pecans can use toasted Walnuts or Almonds, optional

Instructions
 

  • If using nuts, place in a 300°F oven for 3 - 5 minutes just until lightly toasted. Remove from oven and set aside.
  • Turn oven temperature up to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwaveable bowl (large Pyrex works perfectly), add the Sweetened Condensed Milk, Chocolate Chips and Butter together. Place in microwave on high for 1 minute, stir and microwave again if needed until Chocolate has melted. Mix well.
  • Add Flour and Vanilla to melted Chocolate mixture and blend well. If using nuts, gently fold them in.
  • On a parchment lined baking sheet, drop 1 Tablespoon of cookie batter 1 - 2 inches apart.
  • Bake at 350°F for 7 minutes. Remove, let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes then transfer them to cooling racks to continue to cool.
  • Keep in an airtight container up to 1 week.
  • Serve and enjoy.
