  • 1 ¼ cups Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder sifted
  • 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Powdered Sugar to roll cookie dough in

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, using a mixer, cream together the Butter and Sugar until well blended.
  • Add in Vanilla and Eggs, one at a time, mixing until combined.
  • Add in the Flour 1/2 cup at a time, blending well, turning off mixer while adding. Add the Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder and Salt. Mixing until dough starts to come together.
