Method
- Preheat oven 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, using a mixer, cream together the Butter and Sugar until well blended.
- Add in Vanilla and Eggs, one at a time, mixing until combined.
- Add in the Flour 1/2 cup at a time, blending well, turning off mixer while adding. Add the Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder and Salt. Mixing until dough starts to come together.
- In a shallow plate or bowl, pour in the Powdered Sugar, set aside.
- Form dough into 1 - 2 inch balls, rolling between hands, place in the Powdered Sugar and roll to coat. Arrange coated cookie dough on parchment lined baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Repeat until finished.
- Bake in a 350°F preheated oven, for about 10 - 12 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to cool on pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer crinkle cookies to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
- Serve and Enjoy.
