Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons dried hibiscus flowers lightly crushed
  • ¼ cup freshly boiled water
  • ¼ teaspoon rose water optional
  • ¾ cup milk warmed and frothed
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons honey monk fruit sweetener, or sweetener of your choice, optional
  • Hibiscus and rose petals to garnish if desired

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil and place the dried hibiscus flowers in tea strainer basket, steep tea about 5 minutes. Remove tea strainer.
  • Froth milk in milk frother.
  • Stir in rose water, and sweetener into tea, if using. Add warmed milk, garnish if desire, and serve.

Notes

Can substitute the rose water with vanilla extract or orange blossom water if desired.
You can skip the milk and use almond milk or coconut milk if preferred or completely skip and drink it without any milk to enjoy a simple hibiscus tea.
