½cup1 small or half medium Onion, finely diced or liquefied in juicer
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well incorporated.
Form into desired size beef patties.
Chill, covered, in refrigerator at least 30 minutes before grilling (I like to place mine in the freezer for about 30 minutes).
Prepare your grill and cook about 5 - 6 minutes on each side (for average size to fit bun, adjust if making mondo-sized or slider-sized burgers) or your desired doneness.
Serve with your favorite toppings, i.e. heirloom or beefsteak tomatoes, lettuce, Havarti cheese (my favorite) ... more hot sauce.
