Total Time 20 minutes
Servings 4 - 6

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground Beef
  • ¼ cup Dale's Steak Seasoning
  • 2 Tbls Crystal's Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or 1 minced garlic clove
  • ½ cup Panko bread crumbs I use plain flavored
  • ½ cup 1 small or half medium Onion, finely diced or liquefied in juicer

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well incorporated.
  • Form into desired size beef patties.
  • Chill, covered, in refrigerator at least 30 minutes before grilling (I like to place mine in the freezer for about 30 minutes).
  • Prepare your grill and cook about 5 - 6 minutes on each side (for average size to fit bun, adjust if making mondo-sized or slider-sized burgers) or your desired doneness.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings, i.e. heirloom or beefsteak tomatoes, lettuce, Havarti cheese (my favorite) ... more hot sauce.
  • Build it your way and enjoy!
