Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend

Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend, so easy to make and is perfect for all of your favorite traditional and not so traditional fall dishes, from pumpkin pie to curry. Making your own blends also makes for great Gifts from the Kitchen! Recipe @LittleFiggyFood

One of the most popular autumn flavors has to be Pumpkin Pie Spice, bar none.

What I love about blending my own spices, is that I can adjust the amounts to my own taste.  As with so many other spice blends, you can create your own varieties from Pumpkin Pie Spice to Garam Masala and more.

It literally takes more time for me to find the spices in my cupboard, than it does to mix them together.

I use Pumpkin Pie Spice, not just for pumpkin pie or lattes, but I have found that even in a pinch, just a teaspoon added to a butternut squash or curry, really can add a nice bit of flavor and depth.
