If you haven’t heard of Gullah Gravy, it is AMAZING! It lends such a gorgeous taste to not just BBQ but also to soups and stews, makes a great marinade for any meat or fish, in salad dressings … anything! My friend is the owner/creator of Gullah Gravy and since he introduced it to me, I make sure that it’s in my pantry at all times. Addicted.
Low Country Chicken Dip is perfect for any party, as an appetizer or used to top off your salad or sandwich. Easy to make and is great served cold and brilliant served HOT. I like to use any leftovers (if any) to make a panini, adding some provolone and an extra shot of Gullah Gravy.
