Pomegranate Daisy, Cocktailing It Up This Merry Season!
Warm up and enjoy this Pomegranate Daisy cocktail this cold and wintry season!
A vodka cocktail, sweetened with an easy to make basic simple syrup, and pimped up with a splash of vibrant red pomegranate juice. A simple and festive cocktail that can hold it’s own in a crowd of cocktails, I seriously love it!
When it comes to entertaining, you should have a signature drink that is easy to mix and looks and tastes incredible, and I have to say that I think this is one of those kind of drinks. You could mix up a pitchers worth of this Pomegranate Daisy Cocktail, and serve it as a punch garnished with lime slices, but it’s just as fun to make it up as you go.

Oh my, this looks as gorgeous as it does delicious. I made a pomegranate champagne punch for our Christmas Eve brunch, and it was a big hit – love the idea of trying this cocktail to get some of the same flavor in a single-serving cocktail.
Pomegranate!!! One of my favorite fruits. Since I don’t drink, I’ll replace the vodka with sparkling water. Hoping it turns out and looks just as good.
