A vodka cocktail, sweetened with an easy to make basic simple syrup, and pimped up with a splash of vibrant red pomegranate juice. A simple and festive cocktail that can hold it’s own in a crowd of cocktails, I seriously love it!

When it comes to entertaining, you should have a signature drink that is easy to mix and looks and tastes incredible, and I have to say that I think this is one of those kind of drinks. You could mix up a pitchers worth of this Pomegranate Daisy Cocktail, and serve it as a punch garnished with lime slices, but it’s just as fun to make it up as you go.

Pomegranate Daisy Cocktail

A beautiful and festive Pomegranate Cocktail recipe that is perfect for celebrating the holidays!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Vodka
  • 2 oz Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • Ice Cubes
  • Lime wedges or zest to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix the Vodka, Pomegranate Juice, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup and Ice together in a shaker (or stirred if you prefer). Strain, and if desired, garnish with a Lime wedge or zest strip.

    Oh my, this looks as gorgeous as it does delicious. I made a pomegranate champagne punch for our Christmas Eve brunch, and it was a big hit – love the idea of trying this cocktail to get some of the same flavor in a single-serving cocktail.
