So many things in about this cocktail recipe, the blueberry buck that I enjoy! It’s so light and refreshing and has the perfect blend of flavors.

This is one of those recipes with blueberry vodka that isn’t overly fruity or sweet but is balanced with lime and is sweetened to your liking with a basic simple syrup.

I had this version of a blueberry buck at Marlow’s Tavern and enjoyed it so much that I had to figure it out to make so I could share it with friends and family.

For this vodka recipe, I recommend Smirnoff’s Blueberry Vodka, it’s a lovely smooth vodka and has a gorgeous blueberry flavor and aroma. For the ginger beer, I’ve used Fever Tree’s Ginger Beer, my personal favorite! If you are unable to find these brands, you may need to adjust the amounts given in this recipe, as this recipe is based on using those particular brands. And if you want to deepen that blueberry flavor even further, stirring in a blueberry simple syrup is a great way to do it, sweet, fruity, and takes about five minutes to make.
