Lemon and Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Recipe

As the long-anticipated warmth in the air arrives, so does my inner child, ready to enjoy plenty of icy cold, frozen treats.
I’m a sucker for those strawberry and lemon flavored sherbets, sometimes I mix them together to get that happy union known as strawberry lemonade.

That’s why I love making this 3 ingredient frozen yogurt recipe! First of all, before I go any further, let me just emphasize that there’s only 3, three simple ingredients in this lemon and strawberry frozen yogurt recipe!
Now, the second reason I love making this easy froyo, its simply because it tastes amazing!

How to make Strawberry Frozen Yogurt.
To get the creamy froyo you get from stores, you can’t skip the inclusion of a form of fat in the ingredients. Sorry, but it’s needed for the recipe. So don’t expect creamy low or non-fat yogurt to work. You need to use full-fat Greek yogurt, such as my favorite from Greek Gods® Greek-Style Yogurt. The fat content is what’s needed to create a gorgeous froyo dessert that everyone will love.
Greek Gods® Greek-Style Yogurt come in a variety of flavors from plain to honey, and honey vanilla to honey strawberry. For this recipe, I had to use the Honey Strawberry flavor because it’s perfectly balanced with the strawberries against the sweetness of the honey. No need to add extra sweetener because it’s all in there already. Adding all of that goodness to the gentle smooth, silkiness of their plain Greek-style yogurt and it’s the perfect base for this lemon and strawberry frozen yogurt!
To find out where you can buy the 32-ounce tubs of Greek Gods® Greek-Style Yogurt, visit your local Walmart or visit here to learn more.
Greek Gods® Greek-Style Yogurt = Delicious Flavor, without Traditional Tartness.

Frozen Yogurt Ingredients are as easy as:
- Greek Gods® Greek-Style Yogurt Honey Strawberry
- Fresh or frozen strawberries
- Lemon juice
Now you don’t have to have a specialty frozen yogurt maker, but if you do great. I do highly recommend using an ice cream maker to keep it churning so that it doesn’t freeze into a hard block of froyo.
